A concept that justifies and theorizes the situation where the governing body (government) loses the trust of the people and is overthrown.
As a premise, Natural rights exist, but they would allow individuals to harm others due to conflicting interests. To prevent this from becoming a Struggle of the masses against the masses, a mechanism is necessary. This is the state/government based on a social contract.
However, if the state/government created for this purpose itself goes against it, resistance is also justified. This theory is called Right of revolution.
According to this definition, if the state (government) violates individual rights (right of properties), the people are justified in resisting.
